The Duanphen is a coordinated women’s Thai set built around an embroidered two-layer Sabai and a silver-grey brocade Pha Thung tube skirt. The Sabai’s outer layer is a sheer silver lace worked with dense silver floral embroidery, laid over a coloured pleated satin trail that carries the accent colour of each variant.
Available in five colour options. Four pair a silver embroidered Sabai with a Pink, Purple, Burgundy or Sapphire pleated trail; the fifth is all silver-grey throughout.
Suitable for Thai weddings, engagement ceremonies, temple ceremonies, merit-making occasions, cultural celebrations and heritage photography. Jewellery shown is sold separately.
This set includes two coordinated pieces:
• A two-layer Sabai, approximately 3 metres long. Outer layer is sheer silver lace with dense silver metallic floral embroidery. Inner layer is a pleated satin trail in the variant's accent colour, cascading down one side.
• A Pha Thung tube skirt in silver-grey woven brocade with subtle metallic geometric patterning. Approximately 37 inches long, with a pleated front panel, built-in soft lining and an adjustable hook waistband.
The fabric is a woven silk-look material, chosen for the shimmer and hand-feel of formal Thai courtwear.
The hook fasteners are supplied unattached so they can be sewn to your exact waist measurement, or fitted for you on request before dispatch.

Hand wash each piece separately in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not bleach, soak or wring. Support the embroidered lace while washing and reshape gently after rinsing.
Dry flat in the shade. Do not hang the Sabai wet, as the weight can distort the pleated satin trail and the embroidered outer lace.
Ironing is normally not needed. If required, use a cool iron on the reverse of the Pha Thung only. Avoid pressing directly onto the lace, the silver embroidery or the pleated trail. Use a pressing cloth if in doubt.
