Delivery Times
All orders ship from Thailand via Thailand Post International Service and typically arrive within 10–14 days. We process quickly — most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. While customs and local postal services are outside our control, the vast majority of parcels arrive right on schedule.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll never have to wonder where your package is. Once it ships, we’ll email your tracking number and a link to your dedicated tracking page, which updates in real time as your order travels from Thailand — from dispatch, through customs, to final delivery. Customers especially appreciate being able to follow along on international shipments.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders to all other countries, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees on arrival. These charges are set by your government, are outside our control, and — where they apply — are the customer’s responsibility. We include all the necessary customs documentation so your parcel clears as smoothly as possible.
Rules for low-value imports have changed significantly in many countries recently, and they continue to change — so if you’d like to know whether duties or taxes might apply to your order, we recommend checking your country’s current rules with your local customs authority.
If Your Package Is Delayed
It’s rare, but international shipments can occasionally be held up by customs processing or postal backlogs. If it’s been more than 14 days since dispatch, check your tracking page first — sometimes parcels sit in customs for a few extra days, or your local post office may have attempted delivery.
Still concerned? Email care@thaitraditionalwear.com with your order number and the email you used to order, and we’ll look into it and help get it resolved.
Need to Change Your Address?
We’ve all done it — a typo or an old address spotted just after checkout. Email us immediately at care@thaitraditionalwear.com with your order number, the correct address, and the email you ordered with. We can update it only if we catch it before dispatch, and since we ship within 1–2 business days, the sooner you reach out the better.
