We’re happy to offer free international shipping on every order, no matter where you are in the world. Whether you’re in California or London, New York or Sydney, there’s no minimum purchase required – shipping is always on us.
All orders ship via Thailand Post International Service and typically arrive within 10-14 days. While we can’t control customs or local postal services, most packages arrive right on schedule. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way with full tracking from our warehouse to your door.
Where We Ship From
Your order will be carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Northern Thailand. We process orders quickly, and most ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll never have to wonder where your package is. Here’s what happens after you order:
First, you’ll receive an order confirmation email right away. Once your package ships (usually within 1-2 business days), we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to your dedicated tracking page.
Your tracking page on thaitraditionalwear.com shows real-time updates as your package makes its journey from Thailand. You can check it anytime to see where your order is – from dispatch through customs clearance to final delivery. We find that customers appreciate being able to follow along, especially for international shipments.
About Customs & Import Duties
Since we ship internationally from Thailand, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees when it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your government and unfortunately beyond our control, so they’re the customer’s responsibility if they apply.
The good news is that many countries have duty-free thresholds for international shipments. For example, the United States allows up to $800 before duties apply, the European Union allows up to €150, and the United Kingdom allows up to £135. Canada’s threshold varies by product category but is typically around $150.
If you’re concerned about potential fees, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering. We include all the necessary customs documentation with your shipment to help things move smoothly through clearance.
If Your Package Doesn’t Arrive
While it’s rare, sometimes international shipments experience delays due to customs processing, postal backlogs, or other issues beyond anyone’s control.
If it’s been more than 14 days since your order shipped, first check your tracking page to see the current status. Sometimes packages sit in customs for a few extra days, or your local post office may have attempted delivery.
If you’re still concerned, just email us at support@thaitraditionalwear.com with your order number. We’ll look into what’s happening and work with you to resolve the issue. Please include the email address you used when ordering so we can quickly pull up your details.
Need to Change Your Shipping Address?
We’ve all been there – you finish checking out and realize you accidentally used an old address or made a typo. If this happens, contact us immediately at support@thaitraditionalwear.com.
Send us your order number, the correct shipping address, and the email you used for your order. We can update your address, but only if we catch it before your package ships. Since we typically ship within 1-2 business days, time is of the essence – reach out as soon as you notice the error.
